Proceeding from the
principles of the
Universal Declaration of
Human Rights in 1948 by
General Assembly
resolution No. "270000-d
3" and dated December
10, 1948 and the
consequent of the legal
obligation and humane to
all Member States that
the text of the
declaration calls and
work on the publication,
distribution and reading
and their explanation
and implementation of
its clauses, (Where
condemns in Article 20
"of incitement to war
and its national, racial
or religious or any form
of discrimination,
hostility or violence")
and despite the passage
of fifty-nine years
since the signing of the
Declaration of
principles and
commitment to the letter
and spirit there are
still many countries
that have not committed
to what came in it, and
even violated the spirit
of its daily and putting
the lives of millions of
people to death annually
and hampered as a result
of psychological and
physical torture
millions more without
mercy or compassion or
humanity.
Because we live in a
country locating the
Organization of the
United Nations, strongly
supports a civilized
state this noble
principles and sometimes
imposed by force and
which is fighting a war
and sacrifices the blood
of its sons for the
dissemination of these
principles, especially
in the "Middle East",
although it itself often
penetrates clauses of
these principles to the
principles that contrary
to the spirit of the
texts, for its own good.
What Iraq is being
subjected to since five
years genocide during
the bombing of the
booby-trapped cars and
bombs and terrorist
attacks in various ways,
which means Iraqi
civilians are subjected:
women, children and
elderly, and claimed the
lives of hundreds of
thousands since the
overthrow regime deposed
dictator Saddam Hussein
on April 9th of 2003 and
even now, prompts us to
ask: What is the real
reasons for the spread
of terrorism base in the
Iraqi arena during this
period? Therefore we
call you, Mr. President,
to detect the spring s
fundamental that
supports and finances
with money and arms, and
to point out and
mention, by name as
organizations or
countries, away from the
interests of
international and
humanitarian and moral
corruption rampant that
dominates today s world
governments.
The continuing daily
bloodshed for five years
was and still is one
major reason: the global
terrorism of Al Qaeda,
which was born as a
notion and organization
in Saudi Arabia that
spread disease and
murderer in all parts of
the world, including my
country, Iraq, which is
suffering from five
years of these vicious
attacks. All happening
by the finances,
support, media,
logistical and religious
racism daily from the
Saudi s religious and
political regime, which
is a flagrant violation
of the principles of the
Universal Declaration of
Human Rights, without
the civilized world
standing today firmly to
stop the terrorist
activity of the royal
family in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia, this rich
country, which spent
billions of dollars
since the fall of Saddam
Hussein s regime and so
far to kill the largest
possible number of
"Iraqis" for reasons
unacceptable to the
civilized world and
peace-loving people.
Therefore we call you,
Mr. President, to fight
with all possible means
and search for more
effective means to
control and stop the
deaths and save the
people under them
including the Iraqi
people.
The sons of the Saudi
regime have committed,
guidance of religious
leaders, knowledge,
consent, and support of
the political leadership
of their country,
terrible humanitarian
crimes: bombing
hospitals, markets,
schools, churches, and
mosques under the
allegation of "Who blows
himself up to kill the
largest possible number
of Iraqis will go to
heaven martyr!" Under
these temptations of
racism they killed more
than two million Iraqis
so far. Note that the
Iraqis own tens of
thousands of documents
that condemn the Saudi
Arabian system that
caused a rift deep in
the hearts of all
mankind since the
explosions of September
11, which was carried
out by 14 Saudi
terrorists out of 21
terrorists who
participated in that
heinous crime without
any consequent action or
consequence against this
country s political
system.
Mr. President, it is our
common interest to meet
the challenge of climate
change in everything we
buildup of spirit and
feel responsible. The
time has come between us
as organizations and
peace-loving people to
work together and stop
the tide of the
sectarian system of the
Saudi family and tribal
backward, and save
millions of people of
peaceful Iraqi children,
women and elderly as
they are exposed to the
daily deaths by Saudi
Arabia sending thousands
of terrorists into Iraq
and providing them with
money, weapons, and
religious Ifta. At the
same time we urge the
Iraqi government to take
necessary action to
extend a helping hand to
civic organizations,
Iraqi and foreign, with
a wealth of information
that irrefutably condemn
the involvement,
religious, and political
system of the Kingdom of
Saudi or any other
pretext of appeasement
or fear of threats of
terrorism from the Saudi
terrorist-leaders,
princes, or any other
flimsy excuse, and that
they must bear the full
responsibility as a
country to defend its
people in any way
possible, especially by
media and inform their
people of the dangers
that are exposed daily
from the surrounding
countries proceeding
from the principles of
new constitution.
The Iraqi Human Rights
Network in American is a
politically and
doctrinally independent
Foundation that does not
belong to any political
or religious point,
Iraqi or foreign. It is
an institution defending
the rights of all Iraqis
in all their
nationalities: Arabs,
Kurds and Turkmen,
Muslims Christians and
Jews, and all other
minorities. It looks
forward to a democratic,
stable, unified,
peaceful, free, and
independent, Iraq.
